We have just installed an update to our website catalogue to make it a bit more search engine friendly. There may be odd, rare & random errors occurring while this goes on.
At the moment, there is a random 'Next>>' bit appearing on some of the pages. A team have gone in, heavily armed, to track down & neutralise the rogue 'Next>>' bit.
If you see this rogue tag, please don't encourage it by clicking on it. In the unlikely event that you do click on it................nothing will happen! |

Email & website contact page-Update |
Ok, we were slightly wrong, the email we were sent wasn't from a fake viagra seller, it was from a company called Elizabeth International (based in Sialkot, Pakistan), who are one of the companies out there who constantly try to flog us sh*te we don't want (we know you say it's quality cow hide, but, it's really made from rat skin, isn't it?). We have guessed that they didn't mean to send the virus, but, come on, your supposedly 'the largest manufacturer of rat skin motorcycle clothing in Pakistan' & you can't afford a virus checker????
Unfortunately, this means (due to the huge problems it caused us & because I was in the office till 2am replying to a backlog of emails last night!), any sales emails sent from outside the UK or Europe are now automatically deleted by our email server. |

Due to some scum sucking, viagra selling, spam emailing rodent sending us an email containing a virus, we are experiencing delays receiving email sent between Monday 8/9/08 & Thursday 11/9/08. We have managed to locate & delete the offending email & are now responding to emails & messages sent through our website. Due to a major powercut in this area today, our local post office has been closed.
This means, unfortunately, we have been unable to send any small items today. All outstanding items will be sent 1st thing tomorrow morning (Thursday 14/8/08).

Unfortunately, due to problems with the server where our website is hosted, the White Dog website may be unavailable for short periods today.
We would like to say we are doing everything in our power to rectify the fault, but, our powers are limited to shouting at the computer alot and looking for bigger hammers to hit it with! (basically, we can't do anything, it's entirely in the hands of our hosting company!!).

The company who are hosting our website are having problems with the servers where our website is stored. This means that are website pages are taking a looooonnnngggg time to load (especially the catalogue pages) & at odd times the website may be unavailable. Well, it's taken us nearly 8 months, but the 'White Dog Website' is now complete! (we think perhaps our original forecast of 24-48 hours was a tiny bit over optimistic!!) However, we are still constantly adding to our range of products & services, so, technically, if ya want to be fussy, the website will never actually be complete! |

Protx payment facility errors |
All problems with the Protx payment facilities have now been fixed. A rare breed of Yugoslavian spotted gremlin was found in their mainframe. The gremlins have now been re-housed in a more suitable location!! |

One of the companies who manage our online payment facilities ( www.protx.com) took their payment facilities offline between 5 & 8am this morning to perform some essential system upgrades. Unfortunately, this has led to random errors occurring on the payment pages of their website. As of 12pm today, Protx have engineers working to resolve the problem which should be fixed within the next 2-3 hours. We have had problems over the past week with gremlins getting into our website & using all our precious bandwidth up. This has led to the site being down on odd occasions.
We are swapping the website to a new hosting company which will solve the problem but may lead to occasional errors occurring while we transfer the site over the next 24-48 hours.

complete! BUT, we have encountered a problem, we seem
to have worn out the 'U' key on 2 of our computers,
hence random spelling errors (all revolving around missing
'U's).We suspect that the missing 'U's may have been
kidnapped by rouge gremlins. There is a reward for the
return of our missing 'U's........ |

little bit optimistic! Most glitches with the site have
been ironed out, we are currently working on the new
catalogue, but, it's gonna take about a week before
it's fully completed. We hope to have the battery, oils
& some of the most popular sections completed over
