Dog's 10 simple terms of trading
The following terms and conditions cover the sale of goods and/or services from any business outlet owned, operated or used by White Dog Motorcycle Accessories.
Please note-any additional information and contact links have been removed from this page to make it more printer friendly.
1) Customers right to cancel (cooling off period)
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, orders can be cancelled by the customer up to 30 days after the order has been placed or delivered and have any monies paid refunded in full. Customers must notify White Dog Motorcycle Accessories
by either email or postal letter if they wish to have their order canceled within 30 days of the order being placed or delivered. If goods have already been dispatched, the customer will have to return the item(s) to White Dog Motorcycle Accessories at their own expense. Items must return in a re-saleable condition and
in the original packaging and within 14 days of cancellation. Any payment made for the goods by the customer will be refunded once White Dog Motorcycle Accessories have received the item(s) back to our premises.
After 30 days, normal refund policies will apply.
2) Placing an order with White Dog Motorcycle Accessories
By placing an order with White Dog Motorcycle Accessories, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. By completing and submitting the electronic order form or ordering items from White Dog Motorcycle Accessories over the phone, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Any offer to purchase made by the customer will be deemed accepted by White Dog Motorcycle Accessories once the goods or services have been dispatched to the customer.
White Dog Motorcycle Accessories reserve the right to refuse or reject any order placed by a customer without issuing a reason.
3) Payment terms
Credit/debit card payments can
be made through our secure online payment facility or
over the phone on 01986 875 429.
Customers wanting to
pay by postal order should complete the order online (select the 'pay by postal order' option), and print a copy of the
online shopping basket and send it, with the payment to
White Dog Motorcycle Accessories, Unit 2, Primes Lane
Units, Primes Lane, Upper Holton, Halesworth, IP19 8NZ.
Please make postal orders payable to 'White
Dog Motorcycle Accessories'. PayPal payments-Additional
identification will be required from customers
who pay through an 'un-confirmed' Pay Pal address or account. Office/warehouse payment terms-Cash or
cheque with a valid guarantee card only are accepted in
our premises. 4) VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
There is no VAT on crash helmets, children's clothing or manuals.

5) Language, prices and pictures
Prices and pictures are correct at time of publishing but
may vary at any time without notification. Hotlinking and image theft- The taking or downloading of and/or linking to images on this website is strictly prohibited.
This website and these terms and conditions provided in the English language only.
6) Order shortages and carrier
damage
Please Contact Us by email or over the phone on 01986875429 within 3 days of receipt to inform of
any shortages or damage to your delivery. We regret that
beyond this time we may be unable to process your claim.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7) Returns, exchanges, refunds
and warranty claims (after the cancellation period)
We will accept most items for return.
Unless the fault is ours, refunds are subject to a 10% restocking charge and we cannot
refund carriage charges
Exchanges may be subject to additional delivery charges Items must return in a re-saleable condition and
in the original packaging.
If the error is ours, returned items will be exchanged/refunded
in full. Under all circumstances, it is the customers responsibility to return items
for refund or exchange.
All items returned must arrive back with us not later
than 2 weeks after the date of despatch.
We advise all our customers to return items by some form
of recorded and insured delivery method as White Dog Motorcycle
Accessories are not liable for any items that are not
returned to our premises or get 'lost in return transit'. Product warranties and guarantees-
Some of the items we supply come with manufacturers warranties
or guarantees against manufacturing defects or faults. Under all circumstances, it is the customers responsibility
to return the item to White Dog Motorcycle Accessories.
If a product fails within a specified warranty or guarantee
period, it is the customers responsibility to return the
item to White Dog Motorcycle Accessories at the customers
own expense. A copy of the original delivery note or invoice
must by supplied with the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items returned to
us under warranty unless accompanied by a copy of the
original delivery note or invoice.
White Dog Motorcycle Accessories cannot offer any timescale
as to when a replacement item will be sent out as some
manufacturers require items to be sent for testing before
issuing a replacement.
Replacements under warranty or guarantee may be subject
to additional delivery charges. White Dog Motorcycle Accessories will only offer
a replacement item if a product fails under warranty or
guarantee.
Under no circumstances can White Dog Motorcycle Accessories refund more than the original value of the order.
8) Responsibility for fitment
and liability
It is most important that all persons or companies carrying
out fitting work should competent in the task they are
undertaking. The fitting of some items may necessitate
the modification or removal of other parts. It is the customers responsibility to ensure
that all items are fitted correctly and that all safety
measures have been taken.
If you are in any doubt please consult a professional
mechanic or engineer.
White Dog Motorcycle Accessories cannot be held liable
for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or
of loss by our carriers, only for the value of the goods
and that we are not responsible for any labour charges incurred
during the fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly
supplied items. 9) Privacy policy
White Dog Motorcycle Accessories will not pass on any
sensitive information we obtain from our customers, including
email addresses, home and work addresses, phone numbers
and payment details to any third parties who are not absolutely
necessary to the task of processing a customers order
or enquiry except if a customer specifically asks for
their details to be passed on. Disclaimer- Links to external sites are provided for the convenience of our customers and visitors. White Dog Motorcycle Accessories has no editorial control over these sites and can take no responsibility whatsoever for their content or any views or opinions expressed therein. The presence of a link to an external site should not in any way be taken to imply endorsement or approval by White Dog Motorcycle Accessories of any content in that site or any views or opinions expressed therein.
10) Fraud
ANY and ALL ATTEMPTS AT DEFRAUDING
WHITE DOG MOTORCYCLE ACCESSORIES WILL BE PROSECUTED FULLY.
All instances of fraud and deception against White Dog Motorcycle
Accessories and all information relating to such instances
are sent directly to the police and our banks fraud investigation
department.
Any information we obtain relating to the identity of
persons committing fraudulent acts against White Dog Motorcycle
Accessories will be sent to a third party who will seek
recompense for our goods and associated costs.
